お気に入りだったTシャツも
My once favorite T-shirt,
いつしかパジャマになっちゃって
Before realizing it, became my pajamas.
あー (w)あたしもそんな風に
Ah. I wonder if I also, in the same way,
お気に入りから外れちゃうかな
Will be disassociated from your "favorite"?
手帳に書いた週末の約束も
Weekend plans written in my notebook,
部屋にあなたの香りもまだ残ってる
And your scent in my room, too, still linger.
不器用で好きの代わりに言ってた
Clumsily, instead of saying "love,"
ありがとうって
uttering, "Thank you."
いつもみたいに笑って
I want you smile like you always do,
全部 嘘だったなんて 言わないで 今更
Even now, don't say that it was all a lie.
全部 気づいてたなんて 言わないよ 今更
Even now, I won't say I realized it all from the beginning.
取り繕って 出来上がる 関係はもう終わり
Our relationship built out of lies is already over.
あの夢の中で飲んだクリームソーダ 甘かった
The cream soda I drank in my dreams, was sweeter than ever.
お揃いで並べたコップも
Our matching cups, aligned side-by-side,
いつしかほこりがかぶって
Before realizing it, became coated in dust.
あー (w)あたしは ただ眺めて
Ah. As I just stare out and wonder,
だらしなく まだ引きずっちゃうかな
Am I just dragging this on?
不器用に 次の言葉に被せた
Clumsily, I covered up my next words with
ありがとうって
"Thank you."
あの日 みたいに 戻って
I want things to go back to how it was that day,
全部 嘘だったなんて 言わないで 今更
Even now, don't say that it was all a lie.
全部 気づいてたなんて 言わないよ 今更
Even now, I won't say I realized it all from the beginning.
取り繕って 出来上がる 関係のその先に
And after our relationship built out of lies,
何も残らないって気づいた時には 遅かった
By the time I realized there would be nothing left, it was too late.
これでよかった それでよかった
Saying things like, "This and that were good."
でも ほんとは 嫌だ 嫌だ 嫌だ
But, in reality, it was all no-good.
最後の最後まで良い子でいたかった
Till the very end, I wanted to be perfect
もっと可愛い 終わり方を
and hoped for a cuter way of ending things.
全部 嘘だったなんて 言えないよ 今更
Even now, I can't say that it was all a lie.
全部 辛かったって言えばいいの? 今更
Even now, would it be better if I said it was all painful?
取り繕って 出来上がる 関係がもう終わり
This relationship built out of lies is already over.
あの夢の中で飲んだクリームソーダ 甘かった
The cream soda I drank in my dreams, was sweeter than ever.

クリームソーダ (Cream Soda) Translator Notes

"あー (w)あたしもそんな風に"
I put "(w)" in this lyric because although Suu regularly uses "atashi" in her songwriting, she's actually saying "watashi" in this song.
"手帳に書いた週末の約束も"
(Weekend plans written in my notebook)
In this line, "yakusoku" can be translated into either "promise" or "plan." It most likely refers to plans in this context.
不器用で好きの代わりに言ってた
(Clumsily, instead of saying "love")
This line is easy to translate in English, but holds a difference nuance in Japanese. If you compare this line with its corresponding line of...
"不器用に 次の言葉に被せた"
(Clumsily, I covered up my next words with)
The first line uses the particle "de" instead of "ni," which is the connector form of "desu." So actually, the line should say "(Because) I'm clumsy, instead of saying 'love.'" Whilst the second line uses "ni," turning "bukiyou" into an adverb. (My translation uses "clumsily" for both lines because I wanted to retain consistency.)
いつもみたいに笑って
(I want you smile like you always do)
This line was fairly difficult to wrap my head around, so I asked for some help from my Japanese friend. Usually, when a line sends with the te-form of a verb, it implies a request. But in this instance, instead of "kudasai (please)," the omitted word should be "hoshii," as in "I want you to do..."
全部 嘘だったなんて 言わないで 今更
(Even now, don't say that it was all a lie.)
In this line and every other line that shares the same structure, the word "imasara" is moved to the front of the sentence instead of the back like in the original. "Imasara" means "now, when it is already too late." I think "even now" fits the best.
取り繕って 出来上がる 関係はもう終わり
(Our relationship built out of lies is already over.)
The word "toritsukurou" means to "keep up a good appearance" or "patch up over mistakes." It's a fairly complicated verb and English doesn't have an equivalent word that conveys the exact meaning, so I chose "built out of lies."
(I also thought of "covered up by lies," but it didn't didn't hit as strong.)
あの夢の中で飲んだクリームソーダ 甘かった
(The cream soda I drank in my dreams, was sweeter than ever)
This line uses "amakatta," which means "it was sweet." I changed it to "sweeter than ever" because it hits harder and expresses how much the relationship meant to her.
だらしなく まだ引きずっちゃうかな
(Am I just dragging this on?)
This line was insanely difficult for me and my Japanese friend. At first, I threw it into a translator to see what it would say, but it lacked the intention I was looking for. My friend and I opted to remove "darashinai" (listless, sloppy) from the translation because it didn't fit well with "hikizuru" (to drag along; to prolong).
あの日 みたいに 戻って
(I want things to go back to how it was that day)
Just like the line in the previous verse, the singer is asking for something from someone. The lyrics don't directly mention who that "someone" is, but it is most likely to her past lover or as a request to the skies.
これでよかった それでよかった
(Saying things like, "This and that were good")
Not explicitly written, but "saying things like" is implied.
でも ほんとは 嫌だ 嫌だ 嫌だ
(But, in reality, it was all no-good)
"iya da" is written three times here. It felt redundant to write the same word three times.
最後の最後まで良い子でいたかった
(Till the very end, I wanted to be perfect)
In Japanese, the word "ko" can refer to both children and girls/women. So if you stuck this line into a translator, it will most likely say "kid" or "child."
もっと可愛い 終わり方を
(and hoped for a cuter way of ending things.)
This line ends with "wo" and without a direct verb. The missing verb is most likely "shitakatta" (I wanted).
取り繕って 出来上がる 関係がもう終わり
(This relationship built out of lies is already over.)
The final version of this line is changed in this way because Suu switches the particle from "wa" to "ga." In the instance of "wa," it is referring to the entire relationship, or the concept of their relationship, with all its ups and downs. When "ga" is used instead, she refers to THIS exact relationship and nothing else. She is basically putting the spotlight on the word "relationship" instead of glazing past it.

あれもみてみたいな これもやってみたいな
I want to watch that and I also want to try this,
まだ知らないことばかり
I still have so many things I don't know.
なんで嘘つくの しあわせってなんだっけ?
Why is it that we lie? What was "happiness" again?
人生一度きり 真似はしなくてもいい
I only have one life, I don't have to imitate anyone.
宇宙も深海さえも 誰も見たことないのに
Even though no one has seen space or even the deep sea,
右か左かで迷ってるのは
Lost on whether to turn right or left,
時間がもったいないんじゃない?
Wouldn’t I just be wasting my time?
あれもみてみたいな これもやってみたいな
I want to watch that and I also want to try this.
考えすぎてたって
Even if I overthought it,
きっとそんな暇じゃない
Surely I don't have the time for that.
できない理由よりも
Rather than the reasons why I can't,
できる理由から
I’ll start from the reasons I can.
まだ知らないことがある
I still have things I don't know.
サンデー 渋谷駅
Sunday, at Shibuya Station,
重いギター背負って
Carrying a heavy guitar on my back,
仕事じゃないけど 遊びでもないの
It's not for work, but its not for fun either.
英語も読めてないのに
Even if I can't read English,
空気は読まなくていい
I don’t have to read the room.
右か左かで迷ってるなら
When I’m lost on whether to turn right or left,
まっすぐ進めばいいんじゃない?
Wouldn’t it be best to head straightforward?
やりたいことだけを やりたいときにだけ
The things I want to only do, I'll only do when I want to.
まだだれも歩いてない
A path that no one was walked upon,
レールつくって進むだけ
I’ll create it and simply march ahead.
できない10個よりも
Rather than the 10 things I can't do,
できる3個から
I'll start from the 3 things can.
楽しければそれでいい
As long as I'm having fun, it's alright.
子供の頃は好きなことして
Doing the things I liked as a child,
飽きたならまた違うことして
If I’m tired of that, I’ll do something different.
それをずっと繰り返せばいいんだよ
And when it happens again, I'll just repeat the cycle.
たくさん ありがとうと
My many words of gratitude,
さんざん ごめんねを
And my many apologies,
何度重ねてたって
Although they’ve stacked up so high,
きっと大人になってない
I most likely haven't become a true adult.
あれもみてみたいな ここもいってみたいな
I want to watch that and I also want to go here,
まだまだやれるまで
I still have a while until I can achieve it.
あれもみてみたいな これもやってみたいな
I want to watch that and I also want to do this,
まだ知らないあなたに
To the you who I've yet to know,
いつか出逢える日まで
Until the day we meet each other.
